Three Simple Things Lenten Talk

Tuesday, March 23, 2021, 7:30 PMRepeats every Tuesday until March 23, 2021Location: ChurchFor 5 Tuesday Holy Hours at 7:30 p.m. this Lent we will pick up where we left off in 2019 when as a parish we called on our Church leaders for Three Simple Things: Truth, Accountability and Transparency. As has become increasingly clear over the past year, the problems of our Church leaders are shared by our nation’s secular leaders.
Each Holy Hour talk will explore how we as Christians ought to demand greater truth, accountability and transparency from leaders in our Church and nation. Our focus will be personal and spiritual because such leadership reforms in our institutions begin with interior reforms in ourselves.
The first Holy Hour talk will pick up where we left off with Three Simple Things by examining the McCarrick Report issued last November. Each Holy Hour will include Eucharistic Adoration and a reflection from one of our parish clergy as follows:
