I was born in Buffalo, NY, and grew up in Fort Worth, TX. After receiving a BA in History at the University of Dallas, I moved to the DC area to work at the State Department. I eventually met and married my husband Lorry, a native Washingtonian. We have been married for 54 years and have been members of St. Elizabeth Parish since the mid-'70s. We have three children, all of whom attended the parish school, and eight grandchildren. We have been active in the parish since that time, volunteering in the school and in various parish ministries. Currently, I am in the Sodality and volunteer with the Altar Society, Arimatheans, and Dorothy Day Shelter team. We also provide food to SOME every month. It has been my privilege to serve on the Pastoral Council since 2018.
